Short & Sweet.

So since my last post I have been having constant urges to exercise - and I'm acting on those urges.  Exercised for an hour yesterday & today and going to stick with it.

Also I have found a perfect snack - few slices of chicken breast. Low cals, easy to eat & yummy!

Hi, I just stumbled across your blog and wanted to put in my two cents. Encouragement from a stranger is all I can offer besides this one other thought. In the past, when I've tried to get on a particular diet plan and have not had success, it very often had to do with the thought that I was depriving myself. Then I met a friend who was such a healthy eater AND the food tasted good! That was the aha moment for me. If you ever want to know some very healthy things that don't taste like cardboard and actually make you feel energized, just drop me a note and congrats on your endeavors! Oh and I don't sell anything, so no worries there. Sorry my post wasn't short and sweet like yours ;-)
